The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a great option if you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that's mid-range. It provides a fantastic mopping experience but lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.

In tests it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats from medium-pile carpets. It does not use LIDAR however, as other models do to identify your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the most highly-rated robots. It has impressive cleaning power and numerous features, including an automatic dirt bin built into its charging base. This robot can learn your habits for cleaning and suggest automatic schedules to give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once the system is set up, you can start cleaning automatically with just one button click. You can select a general clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger pieces of debris like cereal and rice. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your entire home is cleaned thoroughly.

This vacuum works well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It can remove pet hair and also suck large items up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It's not the best time with plush or high-pile carpet, however iRobot says it will get better in the future with new models.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that focuses on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which it hopes will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It's an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are common, but we found it only marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also has an advanced filtration system which blocks tiny particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We think this is a nice statement, but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to remember the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map the interior. It then cleans your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundary markers so that the robot can determine the areas that require attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as good as those found on more expensive models. The mopping system is superior because its spinning pads scrub your floors much better than an ordinary pad that vibrates.

The only downside is that it does not have an additional rubber brush to provide more thorough cleaning, but that's an acceptable cost to pay if are looking for one of the top robots on the market. The robo-vac's tank for dust is also larger than many of its rivals and takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the maximum dirt level.

For the mopping device, I was impressed with its ability to scrub hard-to-clean dirt from my floors. Its two lowest mopping modes that are less abrasive than the more powerful ones, produce very little noise, which allows you to work or watch television without interruption. If it comes into contact with a wall or piece of furniture it gently smacks into it and moves on.

What distinguishes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to operate almost completely autonomously, requiring only a little for user intervention. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that automatically moves physical trash to the bin hidden from view and cleans and drys the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app is capable of alerting you when something is in need of attention, like the clean water tank running low or a scheduled cleaning session that was cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.

You can also create or merge rooms to customize the way that Q Revo handles your home. This is an excellent feature to have if you have several areas of the home with different flooring materials or there's clutter that must be cleaned out regularly, such as toys, clothes, and books. The robo-vac was also one of the top performers in my tests cleaning up debris from carpets and hardwood floors in the first go. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying them with a towel before sending it to.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that comes with all the features you can need. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum that has a powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, as well as an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also comes with an auto-cleaning station that automatically washes and cleans the mop pads to keep them clean and ready to be reused. It also has a sensor system that recognizes obstacles better, allowing it to avoid falling on furniture or other objects.

The most significant improvement to the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the modern, sleeker design. This is due to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet tall and deep and weighs nearly four pounds--the robot itself and its base are less bulky than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 as it charges faster and can clean 1,500 square feet in one charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris, making it easier to empty it when needed.

Finally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more user-friendly app and a voice assistant that works offline, which means you can use it even if you're not home. It also comes with an intelligent routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a set path.

The X2 Omni is top rated robot vacuum the top robot at mopping. Its mop pads rotating clean tough stains and its motor creates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding as well, and it boosts suction when it detects carpets to ensure that it does a thorough job. It comes with a huge, rechargeable battery that lasts up to one week. The mopping feature of the robot is also extremely effective.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and vacuum robot that comes with a variety of convenience features you do not often find on robots of this price range. It can create detailed floor maps and detect various flooring types. It's also among the few robots that can automatically clean and dry its mop pad. While these features are great, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the luxury category, which might make it slightly more expensive than some homeowners need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's tall and slim, with a white finish that is complemented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner as you move around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the screen, you'll find one button that acts as an on/off switch. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, and clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The circular menu located in the center of the control panel lets you to choose cleaning modes, schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons on the screen will open the app's settings menu where you can modify the way that the L10s Ultra works with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map out your home. This creates a detailed floor plan that helps the robot vacuum and mop efficiently, without getting stuck in cluttered areas. The LIDAR also lets the robot vacuum detect and avoid obstacles and obstacles, which is a wonderful feature for families with children or pets.

The L10s Ultra provides solid vacuuming performance, clearing 98.4 percent of the debris from our test on the hard floor and getting rid of all but the most difficult juice stain. Its mops also perform well in removing 98.4 percent of debris from our carpet, tile, and wood tests. However, it wasn't as great at tackling sand on the floor, or Quaker oats on carpet.
